Nikos Deja Vu - (Once upon atime it was) YUGOSLAVIA (documentary 1986)

American CBS television network, or more accurately, KCBS affiliate station in Los Angeles, California filmed this tourist documentary in 1986 showing off the beautiful country, tourist hotspots and leisurely and rich lifestyle of those living in Yugoslavia. The guide of the program is Melody Rogers and this was just one of the many countries that were featured on this American program in the 1980's. Interesting to note is that at the end of the show, she summarizes her feelings about what she had just seen by stating that this was one of the most beautiful countries she and her crew ever visited. In her words, "It's spectacular!"

  1. Yugoslavia means, looking-back and even nowadays, the beginning of the end of a real europe. Is even located at the heart of the continent. In the 90,s the bombs was weapons. Now the bombs are designed around Wall Street...
